Issue: Most websites open with vague, ego-based headlines.
Fix: Write a clear, benefit-driven headline your target customer would understand in 5 seconds.
Example: ✗ "Welcome to Glenn Rudin.com" ✓ "My Clients sell more Products and Services because I create Better Messaging and Smart Strategies..."

Issue: Websites without social proof feel risky. If visitors see you have already solved similar problems to theirs but for other customers they will immediately feel more at ease.
Fix: Add a minimum of 3 current testimonials that include the client's name, company name and year.
